  一、服務費用收取方式

  獵頭公司收取服務費用一般是按照入職候選人的年薪百分比來收取的,即是說候選人的年薪越高,獵頭公司收取的服務費也就越多。所以很多企業客戶就擔心獵頭公司與候選人合伙欺騙,但其實大品牌獵頭公司是不會做這種自砸招牌的事情。這個問題有兩種解決方式,一是候選人的薪資由候選人與企業客戶見面之后商討,給獵頭公司一個薪酬范圍;另外一種是商定一個固定的服務費用,不按候選人年薪百分比執行。

  獵頭公司對候選人入職,一般會有對在崗的一個服務保障時間,常見為三個月,即是在這段時間內,若企業評判候選人不合適,則獵頭公司有義務給客戶繼續免費推薦合適人才。但不少企業同時也擔心三個月的時間太短,不能完全判斷是否合適。這樣的擔憂無可厚非,但也沒必要。獵頭公司在推薦候選人之前都會進行嚴格的篩選,考察其是否有能力來勝任這份工作,入職之后三個月的試用期也有足夠的時間,給企業做出是否繼續錄用該人選的決策。相比企業的用人風險,候選人跳槽的風險則更大,而且獵頭公司推薦的候選人跳槽經歷一般不會很頻繁,在接受獵頭公司的推薦也是很慎重的。

  企業在與獵頭公司簽訂合同之時,便要付一部分的預付款,即定金,同時是不退還的。獵頭公司經過一段時間的獵頭服務,企業仍然沒有找到合適的人選,就會要求獵頭公司退還定金,而獵頭公司則是不予以退還的。因為即使獵頭公司最終沒能幫企業找到合適的人才,但前期也付出了時間和精力,也是需要成本的。如果認為獵頭公司是靠這些定金來發展的話,那你的大錯特錯了。

Buying things and finding acquaintances is a common mode of mutual benefit.
